How fast do you ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. However, for personalised items, please allow additional processing time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. They vary depending on country and weight.

Can I pick-up my order?

At this time, we do not offer order pick-up as we are currently operating as a private workshop and not a physical shop. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are working towards expanding our services and will keep you updated on any changes. Returns

Can I return my package?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items from it. However, for non-personalised items, you can cancel your order before it has been prepared for dispatch.

You have the right to cancel your order, excluding personalized items, within 14 days after receiving your goods. To cancel your order, please inform us at info@smetworks.com and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

You will receive a refund for the total amount, excluding shipping costs, once we receive the returned goods in good condition. Please ensure that the goods are returned with all accessories and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Is returning a package free of charge?
